PRE-FLIGHT RITUAL

ENJOY YOUR FLIGHT

A simple tasting ritual that turns four bars into four destinations — without needing to be an expert.

01
CHECK-IN
Break each bar into a few nibbles. Keep one origin at a time on your “gate.”
02
BOARDING
Smell first. Then let one nibble melt slowly — flavor shows up in layers.
03
TAKEOFF
Compare two origins back-to-back. Notice what changes: fruit, acidity, earthiness, finish.
04
LANDING
Pick your favorite destination — then revisit it. Great chocolate always tastes different the second time.
GOOD TO KNOW
ETHICAL CACAO · ORGANIC · WHOLE CANE SUGAR
Every bar in this flight is crafted from ethically sourced cacao, supporting long-term farming and better outcomes at origin.
TIP
Try water between origins to reset your palate.

CABIN CHECK

Cocoa Intensity

Pick your flight by cacao percentage — smoother, bolder, or full throttle.

72% COCOA
Balanced · Fruity · Easy landing
85% COCOA
Bold · Less sweet · Longer finish
EXTRA DARK
For dark-chocolate people (you know who you are)
Hover (or tap) a bar to “throttle up”.
